Our wallpaper is made to order, and will be delivered by courier in 3-4 weeks. However, please allow up to 14 working days in some areas.

Prints are delivered in 3-5 working days, and will be delivered separately to any other products you purchase.

Returns

We doubt that you'll ever want to part with your new Sumac goods once they arrive. However, we can accept returns under some circumstances.

Wallpaper: As our wallpaper is all made to order, we can only accept returns if you are not happy with the quality of your product. We take great care to ensure that each roll meets our quality standards, but if there is a problem with your order, please contact our team at hello@sumaclondon.com within 7 days of delivery.

Prints: If you've simply changed your mind about any prints you’ve ordered, you need to let us know within 14 days of your original purchase. Just drop us an email at hello@sumaclondon.com and we’ll let you know where to send your return items. Once we receive your items back, the cost will be refunded.
